The Service

DubDash provides a read-only financial dashboard that displays analytics derived from your Dubsado account data. By using DubDash, you agree to these terms.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and your Dubsado connection token. You must be authorized to access the Dubsado account you connect to DubDash.

What We Do and Don't Do

  • We read your Dubsado invoices, payments, projects, and clients
  • We display analytics and insights based on that data
  • We never create, modify, or delete data in your Dubsado account
  • We never share your financial data with third parties

Payment

DubDash offers a monthly subscription ($19/month) and a lifetime deal ($97 one-time). Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal. Lifetime deal purchases are non-refundable after 14 days. Monthly subscriptions can be refunded for the current billing period if requested within 7 days of charge.

Data Accuracy

DubDash displays data as received from Dubsado. We make reasonable efforts to present accurate analytics, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of revenue calculations, forecasts, or retainer detection. DubDash is not accounting software and should not be used as a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice.

Service Availability

DubDash depends on Dubsado's systems being available. If Dubsado changes their platform in a way that prevents DubDash from functioning, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. In such cases, monthly subscribers can cancel for a full refund of their current period.

DubDash is an independent product built by Code Untold. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Dubsado or Dubsado Inc. in any way.

Limitation of Liability

DubDash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on DubDash analytics.
